吹脱法处理DMF废水的实验研究

摘要:

对吹脱法处理N, N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)废水进行了研究, 分别考察了加碱量、温度、吹脱时间、气液比对吹脱实验的影响。通过实验发现:室温下, 加碱量为40g/L, 气液比为3 000∶1, 吹脱反应5h后, DMF废水中TOC的去除率达到60%, DMF的去除率达到95%以上, B/C由0.10提高到了0.39, 极大地改善了DMF废水的可生化性。实验结果表明:吹脱法处理DMF废水的工艺可以作为生物处理的预处理手段, 同时也为工程实际提供参考。

Abstract:

The air stripping method for treating N, N-dimethylformamide(DMF) wastewater has been studied. The influencing factors, including dosage of alkali, temperature, air-stripping time, air-liquid ratio have been investigated. By the experimental research, the TOC removing rate can reach 60% and DMF removing rate can reach more than 95% at room temperature, when the dosage of alkali is 40g/L, air-liquid ratio 3 000 ∶1, and air-stripping time 5h. The ratio of B/C is increased from 0.10 to 0.39 and biodegradability is improved greatly. The results show that air stripping method can be used as a preprocessing measure of biological treatment, and its results also provide reference for engineering practice.
